2015 the German state Mecklenburg-Vorpommern celebrated it’s 25th anniversary. The recompilation of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern after the German reunification wouldn’t have been possible, without the help of the northern German partner countries. Officials, Lawyers and private investors helped to build new structures. But the wild East also attracted many venturers, who just wanted to make money. By telling personal stories, the film shows illusions and realities as much as misconceptions and approaches between the East and the West.
