Doctors make mistakes, as every man does. However, doctors' mistakes are almost always covered by silence. The result: patients who simply want to talk openly have to go to court, because they encounter a wall of silence. This documentary by Klaus Balzer examines the reasons for such silence, and seeks to find answers on how to improve communication between doctors and patients.
